Refund Policy

Payment, withdrawal, and refund conditions for your subscription.

1. Seller and billing

Your subscription is sold and billed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record (Creem). They issue the invoice, collect the payment, and handle refund requests on behalf of the service publisher.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription. If you exercise this right within that period by emailing contact@tradedaybook.com, your current subscription period is refunded in full. After that period, your subscription follows the cancellation terms below.

3. How to request a refund

Any refund request may be submitted by email to contact@tradedaybook.com, including the order reference received at the time of payment. The payment provider and the publisher will review the request in light of these conditions and applicable regulations.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription management portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period; it does not, in itself, entitle you to a refund for the period already paid, unless otherwise required by law.
